Some of my earliest memories are going to the Omni to watch Spud and Nique, but I can't say I was a fan necessarily because I was less than 5 years old.  I think my fandom really began in the mid 90's with Smitty, Mookie, and the Plastic Man.  Loved those teams as a kid.

2004-05 Season. I started becoming a fan during our 13 win season because I was hoping for the top pick. I became a fan after that. My family moved to Atlanta in 1999-2000, so I had been to games before that but I wouldn't call myself a fan before then.

I went to my 1st game in 1975.. I was 5.. lol

John Drew was my favorite Hawk. 

My Uncle took me to the Locker room a few times back in the day(early 80's). He had some connections..
