This feels like when you get blown out by a team because the refs keep giving them foul shots.

Then, when the games decided, the refs start awarding the losing team free throws to even up the final foul numbers.

What is with the obsession to sell picks and mortgage our future to win more games next season.  Does no one here care about the long term?  Sarr is the perfect front court partner for OO.  Let JJ start at SF.  Trade for a POA defender at SG.

Can someone explain to me how the hell getting the #1 pick is a bad thing?  You guys wanted to pick 10th instead?  Like what?  lmao.

Sarr don't have those issues. He's fluid and veey coordinated. His frame ain't much. He a reactive defender like Smoove. He doesn't rebound all that well. He's basically a big piece of raw talent. He's easily the most talented prospect in this class but he doesn't have a skill set and he's years away from being shit.

Each of which was a surefire, unquestioned top pick.  No one in this draft is that.  That's my point.

Wemby will be that guy, maybe as soon as next season.  No one from this draft is going to turn a franchises tide as a rookie but some may prove to be very valuable pieces.

Sarr has a chance, but the Hawks and their fans will need to be patient because he strikes me as a guy who will need two years of development at the least.

Just going out on a limb, I don't think anybody is going to trade a star player to the Hawks for the 1st pick.  The Hawks will get offers, but I doubt they will be good ones.
