But the point of SnT is to take salary off the receiving team's hands, right?

So, by definition, there's almost got to be players making substantial salary coming this way.

There's Dieng, Shabazz, Aldrich, etc who could be tossed in via various combinations...

76ers had to hit the cap floor so 1 year 23m for Reddick is a solid move.

Worth $23m uniquely to Sixers, or do you think that's actually consistent what his value is?

If you compare his production to Bazemore he is worth every penny.

Check my signature. I like Bojan but I do not think we will get him. I think he will end up costing to much. Teams with cap probably have him as a 2nd tier choice once their primary targets are gone.

Problem is - everybody is getting too much.  Most the deals happening will be called a "bad contract" by next year this time and be available as a salary dump. Howard and Baze contracts are Exhibit A.  (Plumlee's is Exhibit B, C, D and F.)

So, Bazemore's contract is consistent with the overall market? I'm not sure many would agree with that.

I was being a smart butt, but it would have been a lot more agreeable if Bazemores contract was only for one year. No?
