I mean it's hard to argue against Gobert, but Cap should at least be the runner up. The fact you don't even hear talks about him getting DPOY is insane though. He is having one of the best rebounding seasons. Ever.

The defensive splits with Cap on/off the court are absolutely insane. Easily the most impactful defender in the NBA this season for any team. Can't make the finalists list smh.

any good info on who is available that is a true defensive positive at the five as a backup?

That offensive rebound and put back Clint got in the fourth quarter of game 1 of the ECF was the biggest play of that game.  There were 5 Bucks surrounding him.  It is good to see Clint getting back to his rebounding dominance and running the floor. His defense on Giannis will be the key to this series.

His reboarding will be essential as well.  It seemed to take a dip as he was wrasslin' with Flopbiid.  Hope he can spread his wings in this series especially considering Buttenholzer's teams hate rebounds.

It’s like he tuned himself out of this series these last couple games. Guys don’t trust him with the ball other than for a lob attempt. He needs to improve A LOT.
