We're a .500 ballclub and have been for basically the past 2 seasons.

We could desperately use another significant piece on our team, so that we can further define roles around here.

 

I'm a Change Agent by profession.  People are just afraid of change and get use to the "controlled chaos" that they've always been.

If people trust Quin as a coach, why wouldn't you trust Quin to be able to manage 3 major pieces on a team?  Quin didn't come back to be a part of a rebuilding project with a bunch of kids.  If he's forced to play with them, he'll do the best he can.

But he came back to coaching to win at a higher level.  Otherwise, he would've taken the Detroit or Houston job.
