Hate it for Siddiq. This affects his payday significantly. Don't imagine he will be signing any multi year offer sheets now and suspect he may take the QO to see if he can prove he recovers and try again next year.

Eh this is basically a disaster year. Saddiq that is horrible for him.

My biggest hopes now are to see Hunter JJ and Kobe play well (whenever they are cleared). The rest of the season is a write off.

 

AJ still gets no burn and the FO has really played itself into a hole.

Wishing Saddiq a speedy and complete recovery.  I feel bad this happened, but he's tough and I know he'll make a complete recovery .

We are to the point now where we pretty much have to play Griffin and Lundy just to have bodies out there.

They are both injured: Griffin with a knee (missed the last 2 games) and Lundy with a back (missed I think the last 4 games).

Well then.  Ressler is going to have to let his front office actually sign someone to a 10 day contract then.

We need a roster spot to sign a 10 Day player. 

We can get a hardship exemption but it requires us to have at least 4 players out that have missed 3+ games and also project to be out at least 2 more weeks.

We just need to lean into our injuries, pack it up for the year, and move on to next season.  Pull a San Antonio and lose every game we can the rest of the way while giving our young guys some minutes with structured developmental assignments when they are on the floor.  Too many serious injuries for this team to recover.

Feel so bad for Bey.  This crushes his free agency.  He was already a bit of a red flag player with his shooting and defense this season but this just obliterates the possibility that someone would buy in on him.  He will still get a new contract and land a job but it won't be the $20M per kind of dream he had and probably won't be anywhere close.
