Deng isn't worth $12+ mil/yr and he'll find that out quick.  Only way he gets that is if Dallas gets desperate for a SF.  Chandler/Dirk/Deng/Monta/(Felton or Harris)  is a great lineup...

I was just wondering the same thing. I really hope that Ferry has a Plan B, Plan C, etc (And, I am sure he does!)! I am just very curious who he is targeting if he doesn't get Deng.

That is the problem if we miss on Deng. Who is the fallback plan? Hayward want the max. Suns will match anything regarding Bledsoe. Who else is out there to be had? Next year crop of SF isn't looking too impressive either.

It is curious. And even more curious is that they didn't at least make the minimum offer to him. I suppose their scouts and coaches just don't have the same opinion of him that so many others do.
