JETSET
The refs were terrible today. I can only imagine how bad they will be against cleveland
ATLHawks3
I hope 2 days of rest is enough for Al to get his pinky back to normal. It was obvious that he didn't have his touch after he dislocated it. Other than that, nice win! Let's keep it going!
ATLien_
Millsap looked super rusty today. I'm praying Al's finger isn't going to effect him through the whole playoffs. Why do all the Hawks players have to get hurt now?
Twinblade
This is not the same hawks team. Edited April 20, 2015 by Twinblade
Final_quest
Glad we won, but we didn't look like champions. We did just enough to win.
nathan2331
I think it's time Bud gives Muscala some meaningful minutes to see what he can do.

benhillboy
I might be on my Hotlanta sh$t during these playoffs, all I see is negative, so excuse me. I expect perfect basketball at all times now. Box out drills all practice, nothing else. Very disappointed in the rebounding. Where's Edy when you need him. That was a B- performance. Pero was the quiet difference maker. Not worried about Al or Sap, but Thabo's absence was clearly felt from the jump. We all expected Jack, Thad, and Brook to have an impact, but I can't take Joe getting in a groove. The ball needs to be forced out of his hands immediately on the block, all that faking and stunting has no effect on him at all. Anyway Let's Go, 15 Mo. Premium Member Peoriabird Posted April 20, 2015 Premium Member Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 Millsap played like hot garbage but Bud stuck with him...Played him at center several times in the game sometimes with lopez on the floor. Just strange!
NBASupes
Sap looked like trash. Horf disappeared in the 2nd half. Bazemore sucks on offense. Dennis has periods of excellence and moments of terrible.

Premium Member Jody23 Posted April 20, 2015 Premium Member Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 Btw, this is the playoffs. The Nets are a veteran team. This is not going to be a cake walk series.
Premium Member cam1218 Posted April 20, 2015 Premium Member Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 I think we played well in spurts and got lazy when we got leads. It's probably a good thing they fought and kept it close, we need some competition. I hope everyone has watched some of the other games because it seems to be a trend. Brooklyn is experienced and will keep the games close at the very least. We won't win by 40 in the playoffs. Our only concern is Horf and Sap. I'm more concerned about Sap honestly. This is one of those injuries Horford should handle.

He played one game since the I jurt, then had 3 days off until today. He struggled on offense but held his own rebounding and playing defense - 1 block, 2 steals, 7 rebounds.
