Howard has little to no trade value but I like that trade idea (if we retool):

Hornets get: Howard 

Hawks get: Plumlee + right to swap firstround pick in 2017 (+ O'Bryant)

My goodness we have some very blind fans. There's too many debates on if Howard is good or not it's so annoying! Once everyone agrees that Howard is good at some things and bad at other things then there will be a clearer understanding.

howard did what he was supposed to do! Provide defense and rebounding. Score efficiently in the post when given the opportunity....that's way to valuable for a 2nd rounder and it's not worth it just to get rid of his contract cause if he did leave Hawks will then have a rebounding issue and shooting issue. It's completely crazy ....what need to happen is the Hawks need to work and fix what they have cause it's possible to get this to work whether some fans can see it or not! We can make this situation work.

dwight did exactly what he was brought here to do. Surrounding cast struggles is a different story. Had they played like average nba players, Dwight would be stomping through Alice right now with TThompson next on the list.

I'm not a fan of Horford, but surrounding cast struggles has everything to do with Howard. They can't play off of Howard effectively.

Dwight might not be the only issue, but he's part of the problem. An expensive part of the problem. If Muscala was paid like Koncak and was higher paid than LeBron, I would be bitching about him as well.

Even fans of Dwight have said that he is part of the problem meaning including everyone else almost all of the Squawkers have said that. Does that statement by you mean we are not extremely low BBIQ fans anymore because we actually agree with that/you?

A 3 year deal is nothing to be concerned with.   I think Bud has every intention of continuing with Dwight.   Better shooters (or shooters period) will make it all a whole lot more effective.   And that last year he is extremely tradeable.  So we're talking about being 'stuck' for one season even if you think we are stuck.  Which i don't.

Dwight gives you rebounding and defense around the basket. His only offense is wide open dunks.  As for Bazemore, he gives you nothing. The guy is a mediocre small forward off the bench, you don't give those guys 70,000,000.
