Yep Langston Galloway signing should be the end of Coop in the Gleague once Delon is moved on the 15th Edited December 12, 2021 by NBASupes 1

I'd be shocked to see McMillan jump Cooper over him as a proven vet. Not saying it's the right thing, just more likely imho. Heyul, atleast Galloway has a shot. Wright seems scared way too often. Premium Member sturt Posted December 13, 2021 Premium Member Report Share Posted December 13, 2021 Not buying the idea of carrying a rookie back-up PG into a post-season. Just not, period, end of sentence. Also, if a person is nervous about our wing situation... I'm not, but seems some might be... then the solution is to get a healthy one to replace a chronically unhealthy one.

Premium Member sturt Posted December 13, 2021 Premium Member Report Share Posted December 13, 2021 The GM off-season specified one priority, which was an upgrade at PG. Not difficult to read between the lines that he's about as eager to go into post season with Lou as the back-up as I am eager to do so with a rookie at back-up. Neither are attractive options. Patience, people. Had to preach that about Bogi this time last year as I recall.

We are a PnR based offense where controlling tempo is critical and he just doesn't fit. Delon is versatile but he's not a true PG or even a hybrid. He's a combo guard that's limited to the PG position. For our style of play, he doesn't fit. 1 hour ago, terrell said: Is TJ Warren healthy? He will be soon. Hawkmoor
Delon is a scrub. I said it a few weeks ago and met criticism for saying it. Combo? PG? The guy is a wasted roster spot. He is one of the pieces in my mock trade to get Kyrie Irving into Atlanta. Maybe we f***ed up. Here's what we all know. At the start of the season, McM envisioned Delon in a backcourt with Kvon and Cam. We're at the 30 game mark. Those three have now been together on the court for a grand total of less than 55 minutes. Grand. Total. Fifty. Five. That's not even barely close to a number that allows me to justify pulling the plug on the anticipation of production like what I/we know Delon has been to his teams the last 5-ish years. Two more words. Small. Sample. Two more words still. Slow. Down. 1
Premium Member Atlantaholic Posted December 13, 2021 Premium Member Report Share Posted December 13, 2021 Delon Wright has been very disappointing, but I'm not giving up on him. His value is probably the lowest it's been atm to boot, so not sure it's the best time to move him.
