Makes sense I guess gobert isn't what he was outside if the system they ran in Utah, Mitchell in the other hand is doing well regardless. Hopefully that can happen for trae he basically keeps performing but the system helps bring everyone else's performance up a bit, since we lacked so much obvious cohesion.

This is it.  Synder is the only head coach outside of Pops, that has the cache to force Trae into becoming a team player.  If he can't get it done, Trae is gonna be traded (or he asks for a trade).

Trae will not get traded.  In fact, he will flourish in this offensive style.  He will have more space to work with than he has had in his career.  The player movement around him is going to be better, so his assist numbers will likely go up due to the fact he isn't going to have to hit players who are just standing around.  Look at how Ja Morant has flourished in Taylor Jenkins version of this style of offense.
