The Raps and Bulls in back-2-back road games? No problem, we smoke one by 19 and the other by 10+ had it not been for the refs.

 

12 road games in a row? Who cares! We are the effin Hawks, and if you don't know by now, you better ask somebody!

Bulls thought for sure they would win this one, as did some of those "experts"

who love to put Atlanta down.

 

Great win!  And, the ball just keeps rolling down the hill.  We've been great on

the road, but can we win at home.  We're about to find out.  Be a while before

the Hawks hit the road again.

This team can't impress me anymore. Championship ball gets kinda boring when you know what's coming every play: a defensive stop followed by perfect reads in offensive execution. Ho hum.

No need for a midseason report card (As for everyone to make it short and sweet),let our latest victim inform the public at large about the buzzsaw they just ran into. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the coaches viewed us as favorably as that Pistons squad that sent 4 players to the AS Game, all of our candidates are more than worthy. Let's Go.

This was a typical win for a superior team on the road against a good team.  I've seen it with the 80's Celtics a bunch of times.  You hit em early and get a lead...then hold on while they make their "run" then you make a few shots and finish them off.

 

Pretty simple actually.

 

In the old Celtics days Bird was the "assassin" who would finish them off...apparently now we have multiple shooters.

Just watching the replay, we pump fake more in one game than the old core used to all season. I always used to wonder if they actually knew how useful a weapon it is, but they never figured it out. All it does is force the defense to sprint to help and bends their alignment out of shape, no big deal. They directly lead to about 15-18 points a night for The New Core.

Yeah Spud...I hate to make a really big deal out of this...but this is a really big deal.

 

We just beat the Bulls with one of their guys out and two of ours.

Like I stated earlier, they need to run the Terminator theme song when they run the Hawks highlights. Their opponents try hard but you know they're not going to be in the sequel....
