Well, it's that time of year.  In fact, today is the day!  Until someone steps up and claims to be older,

I continue to be the oldest rat in this barn.  The administrators here on Hawksquawk very nicely allow

me to make this announcement each year.

Celebrate with me here as I have now reached my 80th birthday!

Note:  For my birthday, I read last week that one of the writers on ESPN thinks the Hawks may not be

good enough to make the playoffs this season.  How about that.
