Hopefully you don't mean now but I have a hard time with this since Walker was clearly a starter when he was good and is clearly washed now.  Walker has started 697 of 750 career games.  He has never had a season like Lillard had this year.

I Believe the Draft Lottery is Fixed....

If the fix is in, the teams he is definitely not going to....

1.  Indy
2.  Portland
3. Charlotte
4. Detroit
5. Washington.

You know the fix is in if he goes to the following team...

1.   Dallas 

Spurs, Utah, Orlando, Houston...

I can see these teams being a local that the NBA loves but not quite definitely fix territory. 

• San Antonio...  Suggests a payoff to Pop. 
• Dallas ...  Luke + Wimby
• Orlando....  The Best Frontcourt Duo in the game. 
• Houston... A great City to be great with a great Young team.

Teams out of reach...

• Toronto... They are in disarray and Toronto sells out on it's own.
• OKC...  They have been paid enough for the loss of KD.  But you never know.
• New Orleans....  I don't see the league giving them another #1.

 

You see Washington in color?  Washington is definitely a huge question mark. Part of me says that the League views Washington like it views Atlanta.  But the other part of me can see the brilliance in making them a dynasty now.  Leonsis is hungry for a dynasty in Washington... Ps @JayBirdHawk play the lotto you good, I had Spurs second after Houston, really thought Rockets . At least he’s out west and the kid is under hood supervision with pop. 
 

It’s really crazy. It always works out that a good kid goes to a franchise like the spurs and a ghetto rugrat gun puller goes to Memphis, that would never happen the other way around. I’m just saying….
