With Detroit battling Washington for that top spot in the lottery, I'm going to predict that we finally get our double digit win against the tanking Pistons.  Let's say 122-105.

Team was a little lazy last night so didn't live up to my expectation.  JJ beasted and Dre had a really strong game.  Led the way to the win even if the rest of the team didn't do enough to get that double digit win like everyone else gets against the Pistons this year.  Credit to Flynn for going crazy as well.

Exactly....more talent, not less. That's why we are where we are - trading oncourt production/talent to save money ONLY and did nothing to replenish the oncourt product.

The assumption is that any possible trade would not be for cap space

I hope so, because the rumors at the deadline regarding Murray was for expirings and picks.

And it's not so much Capspace but avoiding the Luxury Tax.

I hear ya.
Im just glad DJ’s at his natural position so we don’t have to watch PG’s kill us anymore. It’s like a guaranteed 50 piece anytime Trae’s out there. Amirite?!

And we still had a defensive rating of 109 last night.

122 with Trae

Just sayin

But like I said before, Bey and OO played a part in that too..

It was a +8 net rating against this Pistons starting lineup:

And a +6 net rating against this Pistons starting lineup:

Not seeing a lot of difference given the level of competition.  (If you are focusing only on D, then you should also factor in the league wide improvement in defensive ratings.  I do that by using the net number.)
