Too many second rounders so just keep #35 for competition at point and move those picks in the forties. Unless...we move all three second rounders to move up some. Should give Travis four good shots he will make stick on the roster right there.

I have the feeling there are going to be great players available at 2nd round ,we need depth at Forward position, Center and PG and we need defensive specialists and we can find them on the 2nd round 

Players that are appearing ar 2nd round in some mock drafts: Gafford, Okeke, Grant Williams, Samanic, Ty Jerome, Darius Bazley, Talent Horton, Bruno Fernando, Louis King, Roby, Cameron Johnson, Thybulle,, all of them can be serviceable backups and I think we could have a shot at 2 of them if we pair pur 2 fourties to move up.

Gafford, Bazley, Samanic, Okeke and of course Fernando might be fantastic and cannot miss value at 2nd round.

Not that I am aware of either way. Since guys like them aren't working out, it's hard to get info

17.  Center Prospect - 1. Jaxson Hayes (I've been watching some highlights of him, and if he can shoot the mid-range or three, he could be really good.   He's also athletic enough to switch on the perimeter.  2. Mfindou Kabengele ,  3. Goga Bitadze 4. Nic Claxton

35. Darius  Bazley, Chuma Okeke, or Jontay Porter

Other two picks trade for future assets.

So I've been looking at recent mocks and they have Fernando falling or nearly falling out of the first round...am I missing a story or something?

It’s mysterious he’s all over the place in different mocks. We talked about this with the Haze man about a month ago. @hazer

Nbadraft is barely playing the mock game at this point.  Sad.  I would not look to nbadraft for anything.
