BOOM, they will for sure squeeze 3 if not 4 games in the Garden. Which is in line with all the "expert" projections. The fix is in already. The series is going the distance. If we are up 3-2, best believe they throw every call in the book against us to get a game 7 back in MSG.

Well there's this.  The NBA wasn't pleased with his comments.  So now his comments will blow up even more.

I'm not sure. James Dolan is really unpopular with the other owners/powers that be.

Yup....100% believe it was purposeful and Nate's got $25k to spend on this like @Gray Mule has candles on his birthday cake.  If Nate coaches them past the Knicks in the first round, he'll have his choice of coaching gigs in the offseason. This is why I always say, an NBA coach has got to be willing to take a tech, get fined. It puts a big ole target on the ref's back calling the game.  I can't tell you the number of times I've seen a coach take a tech with his team down 10 and they come back to win.

Wow.  That is super aggressive and is just going to draw more attention to the issue if Atlanta ends up getting screwed by bad calls down the stretch.

If we are getting beaten up on one end and getting called for ticky tack bullshit on the other end - that's a problem.

Exactly. A hurt dog will holler. The NBA should know by now that the fans are well aware of how games can be influenced by biased officiating. I watched that 2002 Lakers/Kings series and saw that the Lakers had no answer for the Kings. That's when the offensive fouls and other questionable calls started coming in droves. They wouldn't let the Kings run away from the Lakers and kept giving the Lakers free throws based on weak calls. There were stretches where the officiating neutralized the Kings' offense and gave the Lakers life when they flat out couldn't defend the Kings. I'm glad Nate got this out there. Sometimes verbalizing things like this can be an effective deterrent.

Yea, I retract my statement this wouldn't get any attention. This is great... I mean, not for Nate's wallet but I guess if the goal was to draw attention this will probably do it.
