This old man, who has been on the Squawk for lo, these many years, has just been notified that I now qualify as a rookie!  Wow!  I don't know who is trying to make me feel like a young un but, thanks.  A rookie now!  WOW!

I wonder, how many years do I have before I lose this status?  Does this have anything to do with my using a picture of my great grandson on my posts?  Me, a rookie!  Just wow!

Yeah.....something's gone wacky with the system.  I was just notified that I'm a Newbie and earned by 1-year badge even though the same page shows I've been a member since 2016.

The latest update changed some things and one is the addition of Badges ... we all start out at square and get to have fun earning them.

I have been here since the start of this crazy site and am now just promoted from a Newbie to a rookie
