I feel for their fanbase, they are so poorly managed and havent had a winning record in 15 years.

Matter of fact, the Webber era, their 8 year run, were the only times they have had winning records in Sacramento.

13 losing seasons, then 8 years of success, then 15 more losing seasons and counting.
