We finally get to play on Christmas!

While I'm certainly pleased... and that's the right adjective... pleased, but nothing close to ecstatic... about playing a game on Christmas Day... I'm so much more interested... and will be ecstatic, indeed.... if we learn that the Hawks are getting their rightful featured placement for MLK Day.

Oh, to see Trae play the Grinch by ripping the hearts out of Knick fans on national TV Mola Ram-style again. Oh what joy will it be.

As I've stated many times, this is what many of us were longing for since the AJC forum days over two decades ago. The days when Hawks basketball meant something in this town again. Even when they won 60 games several years back, no one could say that the exuberance for the team started from the beginning of that season. I have to go back to '88-89 when they brought in Moses and Theus to find another time when folks were circling their calendars and buying up large swaths of tickets in advance. While we look for things to go much better than that season did, I can just say that I'm looking forward to the ride that's ahead...

I’m getting greedy but ya I should be! We made the east finals! Why the hell is Brooklyn starting out at the Bucks opening night this is BS! Should be Hawks at Bucks!!!  BULL!

@hazer we are +1.5 at Knicks on Xmas day. How the hell could they determine a line this far in advance on a single game? Lol. I’m gonna put the house on the Hawks and hope Santa delivers! F it!
