I wish we had made this coaching change earlier in the season. Maybe Quinn could've come in and changed the culture sooner. The increased effort on defense is highly noticeable.

And Trae passed it back down. These are tendencies that are being broken very quickly by Quinn.

It's not just the defense. Quinn has these guys looking like a cohesive unit.

Love how Quinn kneels so he can look seated players and coaches in the eyes. Little subtle things like that go a long way in communication.
