It's the nature of the NBA game.  If you don't have guys who can make shots in the 4th, you're prone to losing.

Trae has missed his share of shots when trying to be the hero, but others have missed wide open shots during that same time period.

So what normally happens is that NBA coaches put the ball in their best player's hands, and live and die with that.

 

Shoot the ball Trae.

That's what he's paid to do sir.  He simply needs to make winning plays.

I had no problem with the 3 point shot.  The pass was unnecessary.

He should STILL shoot the ball.

This is also why I'm an advocate of playing Bogi with the closing lineup.  When these dudes can't make shots, get a shot maker in the game.

Now we're down by 6 . . . Quin may have no choice.
