Maybe Bogi's knee was never that good after his injury soon after becoming a hawk.  After surgery and rehab we may be getting the best Bogi yet this year.

All that talk about Trae's lack of defensive intensity keeping him off the team, and they still lose a game while playing damn near perfectly offensively.  SMH @ Austin Reeves ( who balled out ) on Dennis at the end of the game.  Where was Brunson?

 

 

 

Well at least I don't have to root against Team USA, while rooting for Bogi.

The US also had a big man problem, no reliable scoring threat, on the perimter or inside and no rebounding. JJJ with 3 rebounds.

I think we also saw Kerr's limitations without Steph!  Spo might have been better suited to coach this team.

I do wonder how many of these players will be on the Olympic team next year?

Don’t want to hear Jalen Brunson, Tyrese Haliburton, SGA in the same breath as my point guard Trae Young ever again. Absolutely disgusting performance by Team USA. Should’ve got Trae….it is what it is.

Are you sure that was a real loss?  Maybe they just decided to deliberately lose to Germany so they wouldn't have to face Serbia in the finals and could face the weaker Canadians instead.

What a failure in team building from day 1 and this was totally foreseeable.
