You'll note that I didn't suggest that or excuse name calling.  If you see a coworker upset over something, though, you might think twice before you engage with them if they lash out.  Nobody is barred from talking to anyone but Sothron's suggestion seems like one coming from a good place to me.

Put it another way, my take is that Supes is upset right now and so this is not the best time to engage him in a productive discussion on this topic.  For that reason, Sothron's suggestion just to share your own $.02 doesn't strike me as a bad one.

It's the bringing Luka into this that's really grinding my gears. If you mad at Travis, doesn't mean you have to shit on Trae.

 

In Travis' mind, we still won the Trae vs Luka trade, because he can say that Trae got to the Conference Finals, while Luka can't even make it out of the 1st round.

To me, if Trae was 6-7, there would be no question who is the better player.  It would be Trae by a mile.

 

Travis wouldn't do a swap of Trae for Luka straight up.  So in his mind, he's like . . .

"I'm winning.  I'm still winning".

I don't see it that way at all. Trae's role and hierarchy are CLEARLY definded. Problem is players like Bogi, Huerter, Cam, Dieng, Wright, heck even Collins to a lesser degree have no clear roles and seem to share the floor with different lineups game in game out.

You could definitely tell he feels that way. Did you see how hard he was playing against Miami? I even saw him drive coast to coast on one play (right into traffic...thankfully he got a bail-out foul call).

I think what we get back for Gallo will give us a good indication on whether we are punting the season or not. If it's another Kevin Knox deal we are punting.
