Playoff basketball at its finest.

Hope we can raise our level.  Truth be told, this is something the Nix should be worried about.  Their advantage is they play with max effort.  But that begs the question, when you need to raise your level for the playoffs, what's higher than max effort?

On another note, SAS should've gone the Hawks route and exhausted capspace last offseason.  They've got a lotta cap but there's not a lotta places to put it to improve their team.

Ah well, I don't care that much about them.  They deserve to flounder for a while.  Jussayin'.

I think too much is made of the inbounding call.  James clearly never had control.  I don't see how you can hold that against him even if things go smoothly no one makes the guy re-inbound the ball when he pushes it immediately to a teammate (different in my mind because hitting it to a teammate demonstrates control in a way that didn't.)  I'd hate to see a game ever decided based on that kind of play.

The rating represents the number of homes, out of every 100 in the market, tuned in to a telecast.

So is "the market" considered the number of homes who have access to the game or just the number of homes?   Because i have to think that coming off most the of streaming services would drive the total number of viewers down.

Still good news and not surprising.  this team is legit.

It's not so much that call, but the obvious flops from Wesley Mathews to get not one, but TWO illegal screen calls in the last few minutes of the game. And there is a history of bad calls given to GS by these officials.

I wonder why John Goble hates the Dubs 🤔

It's almost like the NBA does not want to acknowledge that an official is hosing a certain team game after game, for their own sake and reputation.

I care about this issue, in general, because I think it happens to us.

But I can't bring myself to care about the Warriors getting jobb'd.

Figure out which refs screw us and I'll join in your outrage, bleachk.

On the other side, I think Scott Foster helped us in the last game he officiated for us.  I think it was PHX since he hates Chris Paul.

I think the inbounding discussion makes these legit complaints seem weaker.  I've seen a disproportionate amount of press on that, usually complaining about how lax officials are with the inbounding rules and inferring that their stepping in here was a nefarious tilt towards the Lakers.  To me that was the right way to handle it.

Just focus on the flops, screens and legit issues.

Definitely wasn't at the Sacramento / LA level but it is amazing how Boston, LA, etc. get these gifts so consistently over the years.  As if they need more advantages.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Draymond is so trash man.

Can't hit a wide open shot to save his life.

Outside of that horrible floater to win the game in regulation, he made some plays down the stretch.

Harrison Wiggins on the other hand…..*clank*

Nice write up from 538.

"Atlanta is the only team in the NBA with nine players averaging 10 or more points per game"

Great stat.  I think that’s what’s been driving the spike in odds numbers lately for the Hawks.  Vegas loves depth.
