This is a problem.  The Hawks might be trying to reward TLC because of his effort and heart.  But like I said in the other thread

Talent > Heart

 

TLC isn't a difference maker on either end of the floor.  It's amazing that he's still starting, instead of the coaching staff staggering the minutes between our 3 main wings.
