Cam was due for a shit all around game. He's been our most consistent player and that's not the norm. Sucks because he's our Nets killer.

Cam's worse game of the season.

Down 4 when Trae exits with 1:50 left, score 79-83.  We have scored ZERO points since then and give up 12 points.  Offense still a struggles without Trae, so even with his offensive struggles he still organizes the offense and makes the game easier for everyone else.

Hard disagree from me.  Trae's defense lost us this game.  How many times was he supposed to stop up Harris and he drains a wide open three.  He bit on like 10 drives to triple team the ball handler and left guys open.  I see it all the time that he's the worst defensive player in the NBA and I usually disagree but tonight he looks like it.  They're shooting more 3s than us and at a 45% clip.  Defense is awful all around but especially Trae.

And his ability to find open shooters + score the basketball, at least kept the game close.

Just all the more reason why the rookie PG needs to be getting minutes.

 

Game is not over yet, because the Nets don't put people away.  But this decifit could've been avoided.
