Based on Woj article, JC to PHX was a done deal till they added everything Brooklyn wanted for KD.

My gut tells me if PHO wanted Cap before the KD trade, they probably want him even more now after. Bridges was first team all defense last year. If they look to make 1 more move before the deadline, would make sense for that move to be for defense.

It's hard to see 32 year old Jay Crowder moving the needle much for us.

I don't know that it has been made official as yet.  It has to be called into league office and Woj typical reports when it has been finalized. so technically it can be expanded into a 3 team deal.

@ShooterSays it's not your gut. PHX officially called Atlanta multiple times for Capela. It was when it became Bogi and Capela that Atlanta ears listened but Atlanta been reluctant to move Capela.

Ishbia's initial hope was to keep Bridges out of the trade, but that was a nonstarter for the Nets. The Suns' offers weren't close to the Nets' asking price on Monday and Tuesday, and Marks kept working on possible trades to bolster the roster around Durant. The Nets pursued OG Anunoby in Toronto, and they discussed possible deals for Collins and Cleveland's Caris LeVert, but Durant's mood was unsettled and Brooklyn knew it had to push Phoenix to make the kind of offer it couldn't refuse.

The Suns had been talking with Detroit about the possibility of acquiring Collins in a three-way deal with Atlanta, but Ishbia wouldn't call it a night without making one more run at Durant.

IMHO, Phoenix got absolutely fleeced and this won't lead to a chip this year.

I hear you.  Just lower on those guys that you.  I could also see then being a tough out, so we probably agree more than disagree.
