The reason for that is that the other guys aren't good passers, or at the very least, don't find the open man as quick as they should.  Our non-PGs look for their own shot almost exclusively, instead of moving the ball around to find the best shot. That's on the coach though, because he specifically tries to exploit mismatches via iso.

Hawks will need to put up some sort of resistance on defense, and get hot from 3, just to get us back in this.
