He had some pretty good runs last year.    Not just good shooting stints, but I felt like he played with some aggressiveness.  Didn’t always just pop off the 3 or a deep 2.  Wasn’t afraid to get guys off their feet and drive to the basket.  Was hoping to see more of that from him this season.  Hopefully he made his peace and things start to turn around for him.

We're not talking about it.   So I will start the conversation.   How bad is Trae's Shoulder?

Trae plays through a lot... However, if we trade DJ, does the plan become to tank and let Trae sit out and rest his shoulder and see what we look like with Bufkin, JJ, OO at the helm??

Think it depends on how severe the shoulder is, but also Trae is the engine.  We need to see what Trae can do with the pieces we’re keeping and new ones being brought in.  That would help us determine what tweaks we need.

If you take Trae out and let Bufkin run the offense, do you know what you have?  Can Bufkin play with Trae?  Unless his shoulder really needs a few months to heal, I want Trae to work with the guys we keep.
