Yes.  If he wants the respect he deserves then yes.  I think he would be more likely to be in this year if he was a 4x consecutive All-Star than being a 2x who wasn’t in last year.  Turning them down makes them want to invite you less and makes your case worse.  I want maximum respect for Trae and accepting accolades in a game intended for your fans is a low hanging fruit decision.

(when you retire that all-star count will be part of your HOF case as well.)

It's killing his legacy.   IN 2045.. nobody will care that he was snubbed.  They will see that there were years that he was not an allstar.  I'm pissed.  Fans voted him in.  He deserves to be in.... What more does he have to do??
