Josh isn't mature enough to come off the bench. I see him going to Miami or Houston plan A. McRoberts should be done for the season so Miami already has the roster spot. Plan B would be Sacramento and Lakers. These are all places Josh should start.

Money should be secondary to fit for Josh; he needs to have success and rebuild his image. That's why Miami is the best fit to me; he'll get no credit for anything he does with the Rockets.

Replacing Donatas (who has been playing really well this year) and T Jones to give Smoove minutes is a downgrade for them IMO. He will shoot 6 threes a game in that system.
