Im actually ready for Baseball to start... smh...... Go Braves!

You'll be waiting for awhile with the strike.   I don't think the season will be starting on time.

His style is more suited to be a playmaking 4 similar to Draymond Green. Maybe he's the pf of the future? His defense is atrocious though.

Why the fk does Travis keep drafting players not known for defense when Trae Young is his centerpiece? Good lord...

He's a theoretical defender type. Has all the "tools" but needs to focus on that end and increase awareness.

Give him some credit...He did draft Hunter and Okongwu

The main two you don't want to trade. JC is our best player but his limitations basically make him an elite #3 when we need a legit #2. Last year, Capela was that but that's been downloaded

Most defenders who are wings out of the draft are poor offensive players.

We don't have a commanding offense. When teams buckle down o and defend hard we go for empty stretches. Especially in the fourth.

Atlanta biggest issue is offense. f*** the data, the eye test screams offense is the problem.

Simmons is not a #2 scoring option so trading JC for him makes no sense.  We will have a lottery pick so who know, we might find one in the draft.  JC is a keeper.

We're the Eastern Conference Utah Jazz. They've been garbage without Gobert because he hid alot of their deficiencies.

Without a DPOY type player our transition offense has taken a hit and our half-court set has been figured out. Trae needs a legit running mate who can average 25 without him on the court. Or a high-level playmaker at the 4 who can create looks for everyone else. But we would need an offensive guru as the head coach to design a system like that.

Simmons is not a #2 scoring option but he's a legit offensive monster in the open court and the defense has to scheme for him in the half court. He's not like JC. I honestly think this offense isn't the ideal fit for JC. Maybe he needs to be around other movement players like we had in the 60 win Hawks instead of this heliocentric style. This is way better for JC than a place like Indy tho but this isn't the ideal fit for JC.

JC works out if you have a Donovan Mitchell or Jaylen Brown at the 2 so they can attack scramble situations and get to the rim.

If you want Kev and Bogi than you need a Simmons type. It all depends on what kind of team you want to build.

I want a new Gm making the pick.. Or at least Landry Fields.. Schlenks draft picks are soft and too finesse.. You cant build around Trae with a bunch of softies..

Nate wont play him anyway, so..............

Mainly pain offense.  New york bullied us all night in the paint and getting to the foul line.

They always do that but if our offense is clicking, it's hard for them to defend us. We also didn't get into their non PG playing PG with the 1st unit but did with the 2nd.

Simmons ain't going to help Kev or Bogi.  Trae can't even help those guys so what make you think Simmons can?
