I guess one way to look at it, is if the Hawks weren’t shooting God awful from 3 they would have the lead....

On the other hand, it is very likely they continue to shoot God awful from 3..

A 21 point differential. Hawks down by 5.

Normally that's a recipe for disaster.  Fortunately, we're making our FTs.

Trae needs to open things up though.  No one else is making 3s, so he may as well take a few.

His issue is that if he can't get into the paint, he's kind of limited.

He doesn't trust his 3 ball enough to be a volume shooter.  And he doesn't drive aggressive enough to the basket to get contact and go to the FT line.

All of this stuff is fixable in the offseason.  But if he can't get to his spots, his playmaking in the half court needs to be increased.

Give me something positive in these next 3 minutes Dre.
