Of course he is.  Young enough not to worry about this being his last contract but way overpaid versus what the market would give him for what he has done the last two seasons.  He needs to enjoy the big pay day for this year and hope he can have a great season to get a better contract next offseason than he would get this year.

I have always liked Rodney Hood going back to his days at Duke.  As an off the bench scorer, he could add value if healthy.  I only question his defensive abilities.

Between Gallinari and Hayward I would take Gallo if the price tag was the same. And I would definitely go after Millsap to bolster our bench.

Young/Reddish/Gallo/Collins/Capela

Teague or Goodwin or #6/Huerter/Hunter/Sap/Dedmon

Bembry or Goodwin or Scrub#1/Graham or Scrub#2/Scrub#3/Skal or Scrub#4/Fernando

Gallo isn’t a 3 at all.

That I would dispute. I think he has played a lot SF in OKC. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

He's played SF his entire career and last year started at PF but played a lot of SF. He is too slow to be a quality defensive player at the wing but he's got a wingspan well over seven feet so he can at least provide some resistance with his length.
