Whatever he gives us on defense it ain't worth the offensive ineptitude. AJ deserves a shot at that spot in the rotation until Bogi comes back.

Team played a much better game.  I'm not upset about the points given up because the refs had a lot to do with that.  We got the blow out we needed to match up against the Bucks.

John Collins has been the best defender on the team. Just such a huge improvement. 

Capela - He's so frustrating with the bunnies but his defensive impact is what is needed.

Murray - very solid game.

Hunter - Gets called for some of the softest fouls, but he is shooting so well.  Needs to pick up the defense.

Trae - Superstar!  This is the guy I expected to see. 12 assists to 1 turnover and efficient offense.

Edit: OO was fantastic! Best game of the season.

Jalen Johnson - Had his best game of the season.  I was glad to see him being aggressive on offense. The defense is rookieesque. 

Aholiday - Very solid addition. 

J Holiday - If this man passes to client one more time and takes an off the dribble shot with the clock winding down, I'm going to lose it. 

Now the reason for my post.  Maybe it was the foul trouble, but Nate showed a willingness to play AJ Griffin and he was rewarded.  No idea why they had AJ matched up on Cade.  He's not ready for that yet.  His offense is more than advertised.  The kid is going to be one of the best scorers in the NBA!

So can't complain about a 4-1 start. Even if it was a super cream puff schedule, even the bad teams are going to be tough outs this year anyway, so much depth in the NBA, so not gonna complain too much about some of the lackluster play so far. We'll get to see how the Hawks look against better teams very often from now on starting with a pretty brutal stretch of 5-6 games.

JC didn't do much as a scorer today but this has been probably the best 5 game stretch he's ever had on defense. Looking forward to seeing if that keeps up against a big team tomorrow that has historically given him huge problems.

He was rehabbing the knee he injured in the play-in game this offseason.

He deserves a spot even when Bogi comes back. He literally averages more points than mins.  I mean he didn't miss until like 40 secs left.

Nate needs to get over his love Jones for this guy.  He is not good at all

 No idea why they had AJ matched up on Cade.  He's not ready for that yet. 

Nobody could guard Cade tonight although Ahol did slow him down a bit.

They took 29 and made 12. That's more than 40%. Tonight proves the offense is better when they are balanced and make perimeter shots.

Your agenda to stop taking 3s is nonsensical.
