The Hawks had a foul to give on the last GS possession.  Why didn't they foul?

I swear to god teams are pissing me off these days.  They refuse to use their extra fouls and timeouts to their advantage near the end of games.   It's not just the Hawks but a league wide thing.   When the hell did teams start going away from this and failing so often because of it.

Again Trae comes back into the game in the 4th, slows down the game, doesn’t get anybody involved and our offense goes to sleep.
