TRADE SZN! Where is Dwight off to, now?

Mozgov (also in this deal) fell out with Coach Kenny and made it public, while Dwight's ex-Magic coach (Cliff) got fired by Charlotte and is back in Orlando now, so this deal makes a little sense for both clubs.

Anybody recall the Dwightmare years when Dwight tried to use his interest in joining the (then-star-bloated) Nets to swing a deal out of town? Be careful what you wish for?

You want to revisit that thread?  About how there were packages for All Stars and good prospects and lotto picks that Schlenk purposefully turned down to take on a longer contract of a bench warmer?

Now here Dwight get's traded for virtually the same package after a season of "playing for a coach that knows how to use him".

The true test will be if Charlotte improves this season, oh, and also if Dwight actually plays a game for Brooklyn.

I don't know if it's a precursor to a Kemba trade, but it was about getting under the tax. They saved $7 mil this year.
