I agree but if nola thinks they are getting more than a top pick in this year's draft i think they are in fantasy land.

Something like Jrue to Philadelphia  with Tobias Harris coming to us...   Of course we lose some of our wing players. 

But N.O. don't want to be locked down with Harris. 

Philadelphia will make a play for Harden (probably Simmons). 

Jrue Harden Embiid should make Doc's Mouth water. 

Harris gives us a vet that can play. 

Trae, Collins, Harris is OK.  but we still haven't dealt #6 yet. 

We also give N.O Some Cap space.

Geez if we trade any of our core guys for Tobias Harris then i might just give up.  But i know Travis would never do that.  

 

I'm a little confused about the calendar.   so trades are going to start flying as soon as the cba is agreed to?  or are we waiting on free agency?

Draft is November 18th, FAcy begins 21st or 22nd.  For players currently under contract, trades should be able to occur once the CBA is set (similar to how we did the Prince/Crabbe/pick trade last season).

Harris' deal is poison. I haven't heard anything about us taking that on.
