A good game from both teams. Neither shot poorly from the field, three, or free throw line. The Hawks finally won a free throw battle. I wonder if the league was sent film on Trae getting hit in the paint.

It used to be half good and half bonehead plays.

Now we have a big test in Brooklyn on Wednesday. I really think we match up extremely well against them. Should be a fun battle.

You don't get better or more competitive if the team continues to make the same mistakes over and over.  Same goes for Trae when he took a late 3 and then proceeded to turn the ball over on the next possession.  By the way, Cam has been making shots but his overall play has been uneven at best.

Crazy thing about Trae’s offball game is he seems to be a great catch and shoot player, but he rarely gets those attempts. I think the only 3 he hit tonight was a catch and shoot

Yeah. I wish they would run more set plays for him where he gets off the ball early runs through a couple of screens and gets a catch and shoot.

Long season. Perfection won't ever happen. But he has the green light to shoot and that shot is better than a 24 second violation.

The game was not in jeopardy.  And teams shoot 3s with a 10 point lead all the time.   The issue with those 3s is that they came early in the shot clock, especially Cam's.

But he was wide open.  And he's shooting 44% from 3 so far this season.

He doesn't get those attempts because his teammates look to score when they get the ball.  They don't look to pass it out to Trae for an open 3.

That's why it was so shocking to see Bogi, of all people, pass it back out to Trae for that 3.
