Trae is an impact player as is Luka but one does a lot more for winning basketball. You can be an impact player and still need to do more to help winning Basketball. 

Trae playing with a better cast will help him tremendously but that doesn't mean, those improvements aren't needed. 

Trae played last year as the best player on a team full of guys that weren't even playing at NBA replacement level.  I understand making winning plays but when you are surrounded by guys that have no business being in the NBA AND you are trying to win, I just think it's really easy to go down the hero-ball path like we've seen Trae do.  Maybe he was hunting stats some, but I think it was more a realization that he didn't have any competent help for most of the season so he just tried to do it all himself.    

One of the most exciting things about this season will be seeing how well Trae plays on a team chalk full of NBA level talent and experience. How much better can he be? How much better can he make the players around him?  IMO, that will be fascinating to watch.

Im guessing Mays is a 2 way? Along with the undrafted rookie we signed. That leaves one more spot for Bogi if Kings don’t match

Chris is saying Skal might still be coming. Skylar could be a two way contract. Makes sense since we don't have roster time for him.

How? We're already at 14 assuming Mays gets a 2 way contract. Unless they think sac is matching.

You guys agree with the teams ranked ahead of us? I can see the case for everyone but I think we outclass the Pacers at this point if the Bogi signing goes through.  East is strong AF at the top now.

In the meantime, the Hawks got a solid minimum contract guy in forward Solomon Hill. A cynic would argue he is now the backup-backup-backup-backup-backup power forward behind John Collins, Danilo Gallinari, De’Andre Hunter and Onyeka Okongwu, but it also adds fuel to another theory: That the Hawks might not be done making moves yet, even if Bogdanovic ends up a Hawk on Tuesday.

Not sure I want any more moves after Bogi, but it should be an interesting couple weeks.

That is interesting...I mean what other moves can really be made if we have Bogi on the roster .
