The Hawks will never make up ground versus the heat with a draft like this summer’s.  Jacquez (18th pick) is a contributor already with a 2:1 assist to turnover and .557 eFG at 19 minutes per.  Bufkin (15th pick) may never contribute much of anything as his college metrics suggested.

I think Jalen will have to be the other person to start aggressively going to the rim.  Only 2 ways to loosen this game up.  Make 3s, or force the refs to call fouls.

Dre can start to drive the ball too, since he's big enough to draw contact.
