I think he feels he needs to do it now, because they all know that Trae is hurt.

If he wants that MAX money in the offseason, these are the types of things he needs to showcase in the offseason.

 

Having said that, maybe LP now features Collins when he plays with the 2nd unit, instead of trying to get Gallo his shots.  To do that though, someone must be sacrificed.

It's not that this is a small lineup.  It's just that Gallo plays so small.

To me, he's a SF now.  Never use him at the 4 ever again.  May as well play Okongwu alongside Collins in the paint.
