This team needs to make a fundamental commitment to play defense in halfcourt, transition and in boxing out people to stop offensive rebounds. We all know this team has been hurt all season with injuries and covid. But whoever is on the court has to raise their defensive effort and energy. First subtract the games where we played zone because we were forced to play 10 dayers... Now with what's left, tell me specifically about random scrubs having career games. If we landed Beal in a trade I would look for expiring contracts to put around them and just rough it out the rest of the way then rebuild via free agency around those two. Moderators Popular Post AHF Posted January 5, 2022 Moderators Popular Post Report Share Posted January 5, 2022 For me, Gallo, Wright and Lou are the three people who have been consistent disappointments this season but who have played enough to be big parts of our rotation (7-9th most minutes on the team). Gallo and Wright should have some interest from other teams and Travis should explore whether he can't find better fits for this team than them. In an ideal world, Lou would never have been a part of the rotation and would just be around as a "break in case of emergency" player but in any case it is impossible to believe anyone would place significant value on him so he is just a "throw in" if he gets included in a deal or he gets dealt for a player another team considers a lost cause. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My guy said that Schlenk has already done the private come to Jesus talks with certain players and it didn't work.
