Wide open looks out of rhythm doesn't really help guys like that. This isn't 2k

A lot of their looks are in rhythm though. Bogi and Kev get 4-5 a night set up by Trae being doubled and passing out if it. Yet they don't make many.

Trae has many faults but blaming the poor wing play on him is just piling on.

They don't play drop coverage on us anymore.

When they pressure Trae up high we need either high IQ playmaking from the screener or we need a high scoring wing that likes attacking the rim to attack the scramble.

This offense is too reliant on the talent of the players, but they have deficiencies in key areas.

Our shooters rely on their jumper, more than their ability to create their own offense.

Kevin and De'Andre are actually pretty damn good in the midrange.  But they are not aggressive scorers unless Trae or someone else is out of the lineup.

The way Gallo plays, is the way our wings should be playing.  If you got a mismatch, look to take him off the dribble and score.  If you're open, set your feet and knock down the 3.

What a great block by Okongwu.  He deserves to finish this game, but Nate won't dare play a big lineup.
