Trae is getting overlooked for Allstar love.

Kyrie and Harden are ahead of him...

Trae's shooting struggles to start the year and  Hawks record are hard to ignore.

Ya he’s still a superstar but in a down year thus far for him. He usually gets it going and most likely will this year again but a slow shooting percentage start.

Last night though, at 10:12 left in the first it was like 4-2, Trae had a 3, a deep 3, then saw Big I cutting to the hoop and made a nice dime and caught him cutting through.

THAT RIGHT THERE, started the night for Big O and Trae. Big O knew he would get fed and Trae knew he wanted to get others involved, specially the bigs early on to keep them engaged.

These guys are not better than Trae.   Trae is giving out 27 and 10.  It's true that he has struggled mightly.. but he's on his comeup.

And if folx wanna chide Trae on that shot, keep that same energy on the huge shot he made right before that.

Well I defend Trae on almost everything but that's not the same.  the one he made was a couple feet behind the line.  This one was practically half court and last shot of the game and not even in rhythm.    You think the other four guys on the court liked that shot?

Not defending the shot, but you don’t become anyone of importance by caring about what other people think.

Trae’s basketball career would have ended as a freshman at Norman North if he cared about his teammates opinions of his shot selection.

You take the great with the bad.

I love the guy.  I love the long 3s and think they are good shots most of the time.   It's a team game.   Having disgruntled teammates because you're hero'ing it isn't being an effective leader.   Now it's possible that they are all fine with the shot but i doubt it.   He could have done much better.  DJ and Collins saved his butt.  Especially JC.

Sorry, I gotta keep that same energy, macd ...

Guy hit the same shot as a rookie to win that game vs SAS.  Jussayin'.....

Live and learn.  In our previous game, a loss, Nate called a time out, killed our momentum and we lost the game.  Last night, he let them play late in the game and they won!

We have another game tonight.  Will Favors finally get in a game?  If he's not playing, why did we sign him to a 10 day contract?  We will, I'm sure, need more size tonight.  Perhaps Nate is just saving him.
