I said the same earlier this year. In previous years, he wasn't that impactful to me. This year, his ass is full of impact. He is so much better with Capela. They sometimes get in each other way on offense but defensively, these two are f***ing menace!

With Collins really finding his stroke from outside it's really made those instances of them getting in each other's way a little less frequent. They have really gelled into a formidable frontcourt duo overall on both ends... and then you add Hunterto the mix. Damn, that's really something we need to think about keeping together as long as possible. I was 100% against the max for Collins, but now I'm more like 70%.

Think about this. If Trae and Kev can put together more defensive efforts like this AND we get our better perimeter defenders back.......AND Snell and Hill continue to give us quality minutes... the sky is the limit.

We may eventually, finally see a lockdown defensive unit.

That one was different because we’re usually pretty undisciplined when it comes to shot fakes. We jump at effin everything smh it was nice to see

Cam played an excellent game for him. Utah he played much better too.  I'm hoping this is the start of him coming out of his slump. His defense will always be there.

Kevin has REALLY stepped up the past few games without Hunter.   He's looking like a starting two guard.  If he can play defense like tonight, he is most def a starting shooting guard in the league.   His ball handling has improved and shooting numbers are on the rise.  Keep playing good defense!

John - Is becoming an excellent two way player.  Just wow! Every year he's improved on everything. PAY THAT MAN!

Capella has been a steal.  Schlenk needs to get all the praise for that trade. The defense, the rebounding.  Just a great get.

Trae - Man!  His floor game in his past two games have been great.  He had a few bad turnovers, but for the most part, he's WAY better than he was earlier in the year.  This was a perfect game for him as far as  shooting and assisting.  

Gallo - Good to see him getting back in rhythm. Although,  Van Fleet was cooking him. 

Snell - Very good pick up Schlenk. 

OO - made a ton of rookie mistakes but good to see him get some minutes. 

Rondo - Subpar game. 

Solomon Hill - I thought he played a good game.  

The good thing is if our wings and front court are playing well, we are one of the top teams in the East.  We just haven't gotten that consistently.  Hurry up and heal up Hunter, Bogi, and Dunn.

Once we get Bogi, Dunn, and Hunter back in action i don't want to see Rondo anywhere near a ball 90% of the time.  Bogi, Dunn, and Kevin can handle the ball while Trae's out to keep Rondo off the court most of the time.  I feel Rondo is hurting us alot out there most the time this year and is our weakest link on the team so far.

Off to Dallas.

The next few games are all against teams that will test us just like Toronto. Not elite squads, but very good, talented and well coached teams. We can win, but so can they.

We cannot afford another losing streak. We need to string together some wins. This will really tell us a lot about ourselves. How we fare against teams in our own weight class. Previously the majority of our wins have been against bottom feeders or teams missing their star players.

And man I can hear a echo in this thread it's so empty.  It's almost like a bunch-a folks don't come 'round unless we lose.
