There you go man.  Set your goals high.

Actually if you look at his numbers this year he actually is XD  The dude has a 102.7 defensive rating which is like top 5 for centers and top 10 to 12 or so for all forwards.  He has the same defensive rating as Clint does this season which is crazy.   Getting clint here to help teach him what and how to do it has been HUGE for his career projection.  Id  he keeps this defensive effort up and becomes a huge plus on defense with his already well known offensive skill set i'll have absolutely no problem with him getting a damn near max or even the max as a true 2 way 20/10 guy with top tier defense ix well worth it all day to me.

Every game like this Collins price tag goes up. The idiots in the front office should have just paid the man. Now he's still going to get his max and we will still pay it by having to match.

lol, they won't care if he earns it.  It was pay him 90+ up front for a discount or make John earn that max. 

If he keeps playing great defense, he'll get paid.

If you think they should have maxed him then what harm is there in waiting? There is basically no upside to committing to it early except to avoid him being a sourpuss, but he seems as positive and engaged as ever.

Love that!  But watching Ray Glier talk real slow, cause a Zoom feedback loop by not muting himself, and have absolutely no reaction to JC/Clint hype was incredibly uncomfortable to watch... yikes
