No shame in losing in OKC.  This squad is for real: very well coached with excellent draftees growing together.  Everyone has a uniquely defined role.  They started serious building last season, the Hawks were mostly figuring how to lay the foundation.

I agree.   They are almost of team full of Lottery Picks.

This is where I'm at.  The Hawks missed a ton of open looks. The three balls needs to get around 36% for this offense to truly take off.

Going into Halftime, it wasn't that bad.  We were under 10.  I think we relied on the thought that we will just comeback but we didn't put in the work in the third that it requires.  The team we played is a very good team.   Jalen Williams was scoring at Freakin Will and this ISAIAH JOE kid... Damn.    They had a third quarter like we normally have.   Our late 4th Qtr rally was too late and not enough.   This is the type of team that we have to learn how to beat... it requires mistake free basketball.   But learning to beat them will make us better.

OKC was really good tonight.  But the Hawks attention to detail on BOTH ends was lacking to say the least.

I was hoping the Hawks could match last years longest win streak already but it wasn’t meant to be.  Still a great chance to  make some headway in the division by starting another win streak versus Orlando and Miami to end the week.
