Hopefully we find out in Game 2, when the Bockers' crowd is a bit less obnoxious (although, maybe, a bit more desperate).

Hmmm.  I’d say more accurate to say “ya’ll weren’t paying attention and were just regurgitating the narratives on him from a year or two ago that are still being repeated by some of the press.”  Can’t believe anyone who actually watched him wouldn’t realize this even if they focus on D.

That’s why I said “NBA. Meet Trae Young.” Most writers, fans, and analysts have still only seen highlights.  
The new narrative is he finally stopped chucking threes and started looking to facilitate.  When actually he’s always been setting up his teammates for easy baskets.  
The thing is he’s already seen every look a defense can throw at him.  Unlike Randle who hasn’t gone through defenses focused on shutting him down.  
Now Trae has confidence.  He’s setting himself up to be the next Knicks killer like Jordan and Miller.

None of those guys have ever watched a Hawks game to even form an opinion. They just monkey see monkey do and repeat all the same trash takes as the peanut gallery. All because they called him a summer league bust, and want to be right. The most they watch is YouTube highlights.
 

You really think all these people have league pass? We barely play any nationally televised games, so where are they watching us? Easy, they aren’t.
